We are seeking compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers to support children and/or adults with developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs in a home and community setting. If you have a heart for service and hands-on experience with special needs care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support tailored to each client’s needs
- Assist with daily living activities and skill-building
- Support community integration and social development
- Implement individualized care and behavior support plans
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Document services and report client progress
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of person-centered care and behavioral support
- Patience, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements
